Today I made my 200th sale on Etsy!

Woo hoo!  Today is kind of a bench mark for me as today I made my 200th sale on etsy!  It was for a special order.  My customer wanted to give this to her Mom for Mother's Day in memory of a grey cat she once had.  How sweet!

My sales have slowed down considerably so I've returned to work.  Which I hate, but the bills need to be paid...  So with my return to work, it's taken its toll with me not being able to dedicate much time to my etsy shop or creating.  Depressing!:(

Here is a photo of the the little kitty I made that just sold.  It's pictured with this cute little baby mouse I made a week or so ago!:)

Hi Everyone! I need your votes! :)

Today I got an email from Poppytalk!  I was nominated!  Here's a excerpt from the convo I got;

"You have been nominated for a Poppy by your peers/customers and readers at our Handmade Awards event, The Poppies! Your nomination is under the category of "crafters". We are posting the voting poll for your category today at Poppytalk - (http://www.poppytalk.blogspot.com) which will remain open for voting for one week effective today through to Monday January 26th, 2010 at 11:59 pm. One vote will be allowed per computer and one vote per category. It's an amazing gathering of artists, and you should be proud to be amongst the bunch!

We recommend you ask your readers/customers and peers to vote for you OFTEN during the voting week - by posting something

from your blog, email newsletter, site, facebook page or twitter. Please direct them to the following link:

http://poppytalk.blogspot.com/2010/01/poppies-vote-no-2-crafters.html  "

So!  I it would REALLY mean a lot to me if any of my readers would go to the above link to Poppytalk and vote for little ole' me.  I don't expect to win but it would sure be great to get some votes from you all. Pretty please with a Cherry on top?! :)

Hugs,
Myko
